Rooiberg Road, 8km from Warmbaths, the resort boasts a superbly
equipped caravan park with laundry and scullery facilities, table
tennis, snooker/pool, putt-putt, paint ball, 4x4 track, indoor
heated swimming pool as well as outdoor cold swimmingpool,
trampolines, chalets, tent houses, kids playground, bird watching
and game drives and is close to hiking trails, water sports, golf,
tennis, bowls, shops and restaurants in the area.

All chalets are equipped with bedding and towels
2 Sleeper Chalets
Very basic chalet with 1 room - 2 single beds and bathroom with
shower, basin and toilet. A bar
fridge, kettle and 2 plate stove are available. Cutlery and bedding
are included. Outside: braaier,
table and 2 chairs. No amenities provided.
3 Sleeper Chalets
Basic chalet with 1 room - 1 single bed and 1 double bed. A shower,
toilet and basin are in the
bathroom. Bar fridge, 2 plate stove and kettle with cutlery and
bedding. Baaier and table with 3chairs on the outside. No amenities provided.
4 Sleeper Chalets
Double storey. 2 Rooms – 1 double bed and 2 single beds on the top
floor. Bathroom on the top
floor has a shower, basin and toilet. On the bottom floor is the
main bedroom with an “outside”shower, another bathroom with a bath, toilet and basin. Open plan
kitchen and lounge. Fridge,
Kettle, microwave and 4 plate stove. Private braai area outside.
4 Sleeper LUXURY Chalet
This 4 bed luxury chalet is also open plan with a double bed and 2
single bunker beds in one
room. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath, basin and toilet and there is
also a private shower on the
outside. The fireplace and TV (with some DSTV channels) make this
chalet more exclusive than the
other 4 sleeper chalets. In the kitchen you will find a kettle,
microwave and 4 plate stove. Outside
you will find 4 chairs, a table and braai facilities.
6 Sleeper Chalet (in the camp)
Also an open plan kitchen/ lounge with fireplace. 2 Bedrooms. The
main bedroom is en suite with
a private shower on the outside. In the second bathroom are a double
bed and 2 singlebeds. This bedroom has its own bathroom with a
basin, toilet and shower. In the kitchen you will,find a kettle, microwave and 4 plate stove. A stoep with braai
facilities on the outside.
6 Sleeper Mountain Chalets
These private chalets are situated at the foot of the well known
Waterberg. You will also find an
open plan kitchen/ lounge with TV and certain DSTV channels. A
microwave, kettle, 4 plate stove
and fridge are in the kitchen. Patio with braai area and splash
pool. The main bedroom is en suite
with a private shower outside. The second bedroom has 2 single beds
and the 3rd has 2 single
beds. In the second bathroom guests will find a shower, bath, toilet
and basin. (Some of these
chalets have a double bed in the 2nd room and some don not have a
bath in the second
bathroom).
8 Sleeper Mountain Chalets
This private chalet in the mountain is open plan kitchen/ lounge. A
TV with certain DSTV channels,
microwave, kettle, 4 plate stove and fridge are available. 3
Bedrooms: the main bedroom is en
suite, another bedroom with a double bed and own balcony and 4
single beds on the loft. A
huge entertainment/ braai area with a large heated pool on the
outside. The second bathroom
has a shower, toilet and basin.
4 Sleeper Boot camp: - Close to nature
Huge tent houses. 2 single beds and one double bed. Bathroom with
toilet, basin and sink bath.
Private shower outside. A fridge and kettle available. Braaier on
the outside. The tent houses have
an “Army” look, equipped with “varkpanne”,and “blikbekers”. Not
recommended for couples
with babies.

We have Impala, Blesbok, Warthog, Rooihartbees, Blouwildebees, Kudu,
Waterbuck (see if you
can spot them – they are very shy), giraffe etc. The old giraffe
bull is close to 20 years of age and
a bit slow. Please be patient with this old man as he will not
easily get out of the way. Please do
not chase or disturb him (as for all the other animals as well).
