ACCOMMODATION
Seven individual units can each accommodate 5 guests
sharing in luxuriously furnished twin or double rooms.
Each unit has its own spacious lounge with television
and individually controlled satellite channels. The
master bedroom has en-suite bathroom facilities, whilst
the two remaining rooms share a bathroom and separate
toilet. For conference and group bookings Villa Olien
can accommodate 21 guests single or 34 guests in sharing
accommodation.
A fully equipped kitchen is
available for self catering purposes, or enjoy a
scrumptious breakfast prepared especially for you by our
fully trained, professional chef.
Private braai facilities are available and each
unit is surrounded by it’s own intimate evergreen
garden. Step out onto a quaint wooden patio to enjoy a
breath of fresh air whilst watching the sun setting over
the Waterberg Mountains.

in lock-up garages.

MODIMOLLE (Nylstroom)
Enjoy the natural beauty of this part of our country
with it’s rich animal and bird life, it’s bushveld,
excellent grapes, delicious fruit, water melons and
other products. This annual grape festival is therefore
one of the highlights on the tourist’s calendar and
offer visitors the opportunity to relax.
ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
Nylsvley Nature Reserve is one of the largest natural
assets in South Africa and is the biggest floodplain in
the Southern Hemisphere. Nylsvley is situated 35km north
of Nylstroom near Boekenhout station.
Other outdoor recreation includes: bird watching, game
and nature viewing, picnic facilities, camping sites,
environmental education centre.
Koro Creek Golf course,
Thaba Kwena Crocodile Farm and Die Koffiekan Coffee
Shoppe are some of the things a tourist can expect from
our town. Die Koffiekan Coffee Shoppe with it’s
mouth-watering meals, cakes and coffees is a place to
relax and unwind - little horses for the children to
ride, play park, etc.
