Accommodation/Room types:
Silver Streams Lodge boasts with 17 luxury suites, which
can sleep 34 people per night.
The lodge has 2 types of accommodation: King suites and
Inter-leading rooms which are designed to ease
travelling for families with kids.
The Room facilities
include: Jacuzzi (11 Rooms), outdoor showers, double
showers, mini bars, fire places, individual patio,
heated towel rails, fully air conditioned and a DSTV
bouquet.
In room services include: Guest laundry; turn
down service and room service.
Lodge activities:
Informal /tutored wine tasting, informal cooking
classes, game drives sundowners, walking trails,
picnics, spa treatments, mountain biking trails, fresh
water bass fishing (catch and release) and a swimming
pool. We also cater for weddings, the lodge is ideal for
small Weddings of 30 -150 people
Silver Streams is also in close proximity to:

Shingwedzi Cheetah and
Wild Dog sanctuary,
Thaba Kwena crocodile
farm
Sky diving at
Nylstroom club.
These activities do not form part of the lodge offering
and is subject to availability
Conference Packages:
Day packages: Morning tea and light snacks, light
lunch, afternoon tea, conference setup, venue hire as
well as stationary and cordials.
24 hour package: Accommodation per/person,
breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner,
venue hire, stationary and cordials.
Rates/packages exclude: Use of special equipment,
hire of projector is additional to rates, lodge
activities e.g. wine tasting.
Wild Olive Restaurant:
The Wild Olive Restaurant (Silver Streams Lodge's
restaurant) owing its name to the natural surroundings
of the lodge is a 60 seater restaurant. runned by
Executive Chef Martin Scheffer who has incorporated a
modern spin on dining, combining Mediterranean and
African cooking to form a unique fusion. Chef Martin
gained most of his cooking experience through cater for
large function i.e Miss World 2008, to working his way
around the English country side
The restaurant is dually open to guests from the lodge
as well as the general public for a night of "wining and
dining".
The lodge also offers various settings to cater for one
individual mood, ranging from a romantic dinner for two
overlooking the lake to informal outside catering around
the fire at our boma area. |
