Description
Accommodation on the world famous Nyl Flood Plain renowned for its
important habitat for bird-life. Paradise Lodge, a 3 star graded
establishment, is the ideal break-away offering accommodation for
all tastes making it a home away from home in the bushveld. Relax in
the garden or laze next to the pool or walk in the bushveld viewing
game and enjoy the bird-life.
Paradise Lodge is conveniently situated as a stopover on the way to
or from the Kruger Park (Phalaborwa & Punda Maria Gates). The Lodge
is an ideal base to visit the Nylsvlei Nature Reserve and the
Doorndraai Dam, both nature reserves run by the Regional Parks
board. The Makapan Valley (a world heritage site), a Crocodile farm
and San Rock art are all in the vicinity. The area also offers a
golf course and horse riding. The Lodge is located within easy
access on a tar road from Naboomspruit, which is on the edge of the
Waterberg Mountains.
Paradise Lodge is a self-catering lodge which accommodates up to 30
guests. All chalets boast a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge and
gas or electric cooker and all the necessary implements. They all
have TV or flat screen TV, comfortable sofas as well as welcome tea
and coffee. Some of them have their own private cover parking.
11 Chalet based in the heart of a charming garden between large
varieties of trees, and birds, all benefiting from a pleasant view
onto the bushveld.
Our Chalets share out between four categories of rooms: classic,
mezzanine, family and terrace rooms.
Relax at the lapa overlooking the pool and a small dam where birds
and game drink. The pool is heated via solar panels and can be used
all year round. Spend your evening in the boma for braais around a
log fire.

With a capacity of two people and an area of approximately 27 m2,
all our Classic Rooms are equipped with a double bed, a ceiling fan,
small lounge area with comfortable sofa and TV. A complete
kitchenette, including: a fridge-freezer, small oven with electric
plates, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. Separate bathroom
with shower, sink, and toilet. Private covered parking. The view
overlooks directly onto the bushveld.

The most spacious of all, nestled at the foot of the swimming pool
area. This chalet is specially equipped with disabled access and
convenience with an area of approximately 50 m2. The Unit consists
of a double bed, ceiling fan, a small lounge area with comfortable
sofa and flat screen TV. Complete kitchenette including a
fridge-freezer, gas stove, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery.
Separate room with two single beds and a separate bathroom with
shower, sink and toilet. A stone’s throw away from the swimming
pool, it is a real pleasure.
