principally accommodation booking agents.
We attract 15 – 20,000 visitors a month to our website all of them looking for accommodation in the area. If you are listed with us you can expect that either people will ask for a quote for your lodge or our sales rep will recommend your site if the client is unsure and if the rep thinks your lodge is appropriate for the callers needs.
On receipt of an inquiry for your lodge we will phone you to establish availability and to get a quote.
We will add our commission to your
asking price and quote the caller. On acceptance we send the prospective client
a document confirming the booking and giving our banking details with 3 working
days to pay at least 50% deposit. (you will receive a copy of this document)
On receipt of payment we recover our added commission and pay the balance over to you.
You get your asking price and the services of a professional booking agency and a steady stream of inquiries. Win – win.
The cost of listing on our website is R400.00 per annum. I will not expect payment until you are happy with the listing.
