Zebula Golf Estate & Spa is located two hours
from OR Tambo International Airport and one and a half
north of Pretoria. The road is completely tarred to our
front gate which makes the traveling very easy. This
area known as the Waterberg Region is the closest
African Bushveld North of the cities of Johannesburg and
Pretoria and is malaria free. We’re actually located
40km west of Bela Bela formally known as Warmbaths.
We are the only 5 star graded Golf Estate, Nature
Reserve and Health Spa combination in the whole of
Africa, located on 1100 hectares in the African Bushveld
in the shadows of the Waterberg mountain range. Our
entire venue is four and a half years old and so
everything is quite new and modern. We are a
contemporary bush atmosphere, but at the same time we
have a large number of venues to keep the entire family
busy during their stay.
Accommodation
Deluxe Bush Chalets
There are 20 Deluxe Bush Chalets. All rooms are spacious
and available for single or double occupancy with views
of the bush and golf course. They have telephones with
direct dialing, TV with various DSTV channels,
tea/coffee facilities, mini bar, air-conditioning and
hairdryers. Standard rooms have en-suite bathrooms with
spa bath and shower. Deluxe rooms include a fire place,
jacuzzi spa bath and both indoor and outdoor shower
facilities.
Holiday Homes
Zebula offer a range of fully serviced, self catering
holiday homes.
Facilities
We have a large pool area which includes the main pool;
kiddie’s pool and a rock Jacuzzi adjacent is a squash
court to tennis courts and a fully equipped gym. All of
these facilities are available at no additional charge.
Restaurants
The Zebundu Restaurant offers fine dining in the
evenings for your culinary delight, the overall
atmosphere as well as the variety of foods available
will ensure that it more than appeases your appetite.
The breakfast and lunches are served downstairs in our
Half Way House Restaurant, which includes an indoor area
and an outdoor deck overlooking the golf course. Meals
are available from 07h00 to 23h00 each and everyday.
ZEBU
HEALTH SPA
Two years ago we added our 5 Star Zebu Health Spa which
includes six treatment rooms and a three metre raised
deck for open air treatments. There is a very special
bird garden which includes two large Jacuzzis, an indoor
heated pool, spacious steam room, a tanning booth, an
ozone steam chamber and last but not least seven fully
trained therapists available on a daily basis to ensure
that your desired treatment is a memorable one. We offer
all of the standard treatments as well as some exclusive
treatments, believe me you will be impressed.
CONFERENCING FACILITIES
We have three conference venues on the property and also
offer small conferences at the home sites which are very
spacious, our main conference facility in our Club House
will comfortably seat 120 people in a classroom style.
Our two other breakaway conference facilities both seat
approximately 30 people. Corporate conferencing and
group incentives make up almost half of our total
business. Therefore we take it very seriously and
certainly maintain the 5 Star standards and strive to
provide more personal service than the average venue.
Attractions & Activities
We have a saying "A venue for all" which simply means
that we cater for all types of groups and families. Our
venue is probably the most diversified in all of South
Africa as we include the following activities on a daily
basis:

You can book any of these activities at our reception.
We also have some unique venues which are also available
at no additional charge, which includes a lovely bird
aviary, that we’ve recently completed; a snake and
reptile park; the ability to view and pet baby Bengal
Tigers and baby Lion Cubs. We have our two cheetahs
named Taran and Luka which will race up to 100km an hour
only 10 meters away from you in our Cheetah Run which
takes place every Friday and Saturday evening. We’re the
only ones in South Africa to offer this incredible
venue.
